What about my doctor?
LNH has several physicians with patients here and who make routine visits to our home.
You are allowed to use any doctor you choose as long as that doctor agrees to provide care for you while in the Nursing Home.
Who pays for my stay at the Nursing Home?
There are several options for financing your stay at La Plata Nursing Home.
If you participate in Medicare and have had a stay in the hospital of at least three overnights, within the past thirty days, you may possibly qualify for a skilled stay under Medicare Part A.
Missouri Medicaid is available for those residents who do not have finances available to pay for their stay.
Perhaps you have a long Term Care insurance policy; if so, our staff will gladly file your claim for you.
Our Private pay rates are the lowest in the area.
