La Plata Nursing Home is a 52 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in the heart of Northeast Missouri.  The home is operated by the La Plata Nursing Home District, which includes parts of Macon, Adair, and Knox counties of Missouri.

The Board of Directors and Administration work hard to keep our private rates the lowest in the area.  We are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
